Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NeoGantt (neogantt.com), operated by General Labs (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you’re using NeoGantt on behalf of an organisation, you’re agreeing on its behalf too.

The service

NeoGantt lets you create, edit and share Gantt charts. The service is currently in open beta: it’s free to use for now, features may change, and occasional rough edges are part of the deal. We’ll give reasonable notice before introducing paid plans.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use NeoGantt.

Your content

You own the charts and other content you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, store, display and share that content as you direct — that’s what makes the product work, and nothing more. If you share a chart via a link, anyone with the link can view it until you revoke it.

Acceptable use

• Don’t break the law, infringe others’ rights, or upload malicious content.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Don’t resell or misrepresent the service as your own.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Availability & changes

We aim to keep NeoGantt fast and reliable, but during beta we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service entirely, we’ll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Your project plans are yours — we’re not responsible for decisions made based on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, General Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during the free beta, is zero). Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Termination

You can stop using NeoGantt and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms; where practical we’ll warn you first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and disputes are subject to the courts there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
