Privacy Policy

NeoGantt is operated by General Labs (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use neogantt.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what’s needed to run the product, we don’t sell your data, and your charts belong to you.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name and email address, and a password if you sign up with one. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier; we never see your Google password.
• Your content — the charts, tasks, organisations, templates and other material you create in NeoGantt.
• Usage basics — standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated when you use the service, used for security and to keep things running.

How we use it

• To provide the service: storing your charts, syncing them, and sharing them with people you choose.
• To send transactional email — account verification, password resets, and invites you ask us to send.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.
• To understand usage in aggregate and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t use your chart content for advertising.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing

Charts are private to your organisation unless you share them. If you create a share link, anyone with that link can view (but not edit) the chart; you can revoke a share link at any time. Members of your organisation can see and edit its charts.

Service providers

We host NeoGantt on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, which stores our data and delivers our transactional email. If you use Google sign-in, Google processes that authentication. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security commitments; we don’t share your data with anyone else except as required by law.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting a chart permanently removes it and its version history. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at contact@generallabs.xyz and we’ll take care of it.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, industry- standard measures to protect your information.

Children

NeoGantt is not directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we’ll update this page and note the new date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
